Both of these characteristics depend on factors such as genetic predisposition, obesity, pregnancy, breastfeeding, hormonal changes in the body, as well as side effects from the use of certain drugs.

Breasts that are too large can cause problems, both physical and emotional. Health complaints include a rash under the chest, back pain, neck pain, and shortness of breath. Large breasts can also cause poor body posture. Sometimes it also reduces self-esteem and a sense of attractiveness. In addition, it makes it difficult to perform certain exercises and select suitable items of clothing.

If you want to reduce the size of your bust, we need to make some changes to the lifestyle and diet, as well as apply some simple home methods. However, it is worth knowing that these methods will not only change the size of the bust – to reduce it, you must also minimize the weight of your body.

Reduce breast size: Cardio and stretching exercises

Regular exercise can help you lose fat all over your body, including your chest. Some cardio and stretching exercises are designed to reduce body fat just around the body.

Focus on cardio exercises with not very high intensity, because for most women with large breasts, intense exercises may be too difficult. I am talking especially about running. For exercise, use a stationary bike, elliptical or stepper. Train 45 minutes a day, at least 5 times a week.

Massage is a method known for centuries to reduce the amount of fat in the body and reduce the size of the bust. Remember to massage each breast for the same amount of time.

Apply warm coconut oil to your breasts. Using the ring and middle fingers, massage each breast with circular upward movements for 10 minutes. Repeat this massage twice a day for at least 3 months until you notice a difference in breast size. For massage, you can also use lotion or cream to reduce breast volume.

Reduce breast size: Ginger

Ginger is used to reduce breast size in many traditional medicines. It speeds up the metabolism and helps you burn fat faster. It also affects breast size because they are composed mainly of fat.

Boil 1 teaspoon of grated ginger in 1 cup of water for 10 minutes. Strain, add a little honey and drink slowly in small sips. Drink 2–3 glasses of this drink per day.

In addition, green tea reduces the risk of breast cancer.

Add 1 teaspoon of green tea leaves to a glass of hot water. Cover and insist for several minutes. Strain and add a small amount of honey to taste. Drink 3–4 cups of this tea per day for at least several months.

Reduce breast size: Flaxseed

Flaxseed contains omega-3 fatty acids that help lower estrogen levels in the body. A high level of this hormone is one of the causes of large breasts. In addition, flaxseed helps to remove harmful substances from the body.
Add 1 tablespoon of ground flaxseed to a glass of hot water. Drink this mixture once a day until you get the desired result.
