Strengthen nails: Apple vinegar

Apple cider vinegar is full of nail nutrients. It contains many vitamins such as potassium, magnesium, calcium and iron. In addition, it is malic and acetic acids that will help fight nail infections.

Combine equal parts of unfiltered apple cider vinegar with water. Soak the nails in the mixture for a few minutes. Immediately after removing the nails, put on a cuticle around the nails. Perform the treatment once a day, and after a few days they will become stronger.

Strengthen nails: Tea oil

Tea oil will certainly strengthen the nails if their fragility is associated with a fungal infection. It can also cope with discolored nails.

Mix half a teaspoon of vitamin E with a few drops of tea oil. Rub the mixture into each nail and massage gently for several minutes. Leave on for 30 minutes. Rinse off the nail mixture and wipe dry.
