Due to the day’s bustle, poor nutrition and late sleep, annoying dark circles can appear on your face.

Undoubtedly, lack of sleep, fluid retention and fatigue are the main causes of the famous dark circles, which become more visible over time.

Currently, there are several ways in the market to combat this problem, but it is not known whether they are one hundred percent effective.

According to Dr. Luz Marina Diaz, a specialist in aesthetic medicine, “it is necessary to use sunscreen every day, a good contour of the eyes, which has a moisturizing, strengthening and antioxidant effect and, of course, against dark circles and an anti-sack effect. However, it would be unethical to promise people that simply applying cream would solve the problem.

One in ten people suffered from these spots, which are located in the lower part of the eyelids, showing an image of exhaustion, illness or as if they had not slept.

In many cases, both women and men feel uncomfortable seeing themselves in a mirror with deep circles under their eyes, and this problem is independent of age or skin type. The good news for these people is that the problem has a solution and is easier and more effective than you think.

“Hyaluronic acid has come a long way in recent years and is used for various areas of the face, including dark circles. It has a big advantage: it is applied to the depressive area and moisturizes it, improving texture and radiance, weakening facial lines, and the result is immediate, “explains Dr Diaz.

Finally, the specialist encourages people who suffer from this discomfort to follow a diet rich in antioxidants, vitamin C and phytonutrients, consuming foods such as broccoli, oranges, strawberries and blueberries, in addition to sports to saturate tissues with oxygen and reduce stress levels, as they significantly affect the immune system.
