Place the ginger and cardamom in a glass jar and cover with alcohol. The vessel must be carefully closed and placed in a shaded and warm place for at least a month. After about thirty days, you need to prepare a syrup from water, sugar and vanilla sugar, to which you need to pour the ginger macerate filtered through a sieve. The mixture prepared in this way must be closed in a jar and set aside for three months. After this time, pour the tincture into a dark bottle and drink after cooling down. To enhance the effect, add a few slices of fresh lemon. It can also be mixed with water.
