How to brew pomegranate tea, recipe?

We cut the fruit, as usual, and extract red bones from it. Fold into a bowl, mash so that the pomegranate juices, add 2–4 tablespoons of sugar (depending on the size of the pomegranate). Mix everything, add 2 tablespoons of water.

Place it in a container, close and refrigerate. Mousse prepared in this way is the basis for the preparation of pomegranate tea (or pomegranate drink – at your request). Put 2–3 teaspoons of mousse in a cup and pour hot (but not boiling water) over it. Then we drink for health.
