The nutritionist recommends eating breakfast with fresh fruit, whole grains and nuts or seeds, which contain a full set of fiber and antioxidants.

You drink coffee day and night

If you’re wondering when to drink coffee, experts have no doubt about it. It’s better to stick to the morning. Even if caffeine doesn’t stimulate you, it doesn’t mean you should drink coffee before bed or overnight.

According to the certified dietitian: “Caffeine is a stimulant that, if consumed at bedtime, will interfere with adequate rest. Poor sleep can damage regeneration, the immune system, mood, energy and metabolism. ” And this can affect the faster aging of the body.

You prefer coffee to water

Insufficient hydration affects not only the appearance of our skin, but also the general state of health. If you drink large amounts of coffee and consume it more often than water, this is a recipe for dehydration.

The nutritionist adds that dehydration “can negatively affect skin, digestion, energy levels, nutrient absorption and even joints.”

You reach for the wrong accessories

If you prefer black coffee, that’s fine. But if you like to add all sorts of supplements to it, such as sugar or cream, this can affect your health. The more you add, the worse it gets.

The nutritionist cautions: “Moderate amounts of sugar in your diet are normal, but overdoses can build up over time. As we age, we may experience significant increases in blood sugar or inflammation that can contribute to many diseases. ”

Choosing sweeteners is also a bad idea. “Non-caloric sweeteners such as sucralose and asparcum can harm insulin levels and gut health, affecting all important pathways in the body and leading to increased sugary cravings throughout the day,” explains the dietitian.
