Autumn aura contributes to frequent sore throats. If you have problems with the throat, below are some ways to deal with this unpleasant ailment.

1. Drink plenty of water, up to 2.5 liters per day.

2. Drink hot drinks, especially soups and tea, as they relieve pain. The broth works best.

3. Drink a glass of tea (black, green or fruit) with plenty of lemon and honey.

4. Colloidal silver drink. It is a natural antibiotic that is extremely effective in controlling sore throat, colds, and respiratory infections.

5. Mix ginger with lemon juice. Rinse this mixture, but do not swallow it. Ginger sticks to the tonsils and relieves pain and cough, and lemon juice clears the throat from deposits.

6. Drink warm water. This relaxes the throat, and makes coughing less tiring.

7. Gargle with salt water by adding a few drops of lemon. Do this at least 3-4 times a day. Add salt only as much as it can dissolve in water. Do not leave excess salt at the bottom of the cup, as this may cause throat irritation when rinsing.

8. Heat apple or orange juice and drink. You can add honey for a better effect.

9. Heat the milk and add 2 tablespoons of honey to it. Stir to dissolve and drink.
