The latter are caused by poor dietary habits: eating too little fiber while eating a lot of processed foods, sweets and foods rich in trans fats. First, this is a deterioration in body shape, which is manifested by chronic fatigue and lethargy, as well as some ailments, which include the formation of pimples, a sharp increase in weight or overcoming diarrhea or constipation. A rich source is, first, cereals and whole grain pasta. In addition, during the diet, one should not forget about vegetables, of which the most recommended are courgettis, lettuce, pumpkin, tomatoes and peppers. During the bowel cleansing diet, you should also eat fruits: apples and citrus fruits. The latter prevent acidification of the body.
Do not forget to rationally distribute meals. As a rule, the menu should be dominated by three main meals and two snacks. Eating more often makes you feel better because hunger is easier to control. In addition, you should always remember to drink at least two liters of fluid a day. Fast ways to cleanse your intestines

Unfortunately, it is included in the so-called mono-diet, i.e. does not vary. What is this bowel cleansing diet? First, eat two kilograms of raw apples, divided into portions during the day. Of course, one must not forget to drink liquid (preferably water). Instead of apples, you can only eat raw vegetables in the same proportions, that is, two kilograms per day.
Another suggestion is a five-day kefir diet. It is assumed that on the first day you eat only low-fat cottage cheese, and on the next two days, all meals are kefir (preferably low-fat). On the fourth day, you can include raw and boiled vegetables in the menu, on the last day, replace kefir with water, and season the menu with low-fat poultry.
Keep in mind that any mono diets should not be practiced for long periods of time as they can do more harm than help. In addition, their use for too long can contribute to the rapid formation of the yo-yo effect.
