There are different varieties of this vegetable, which mainly differ in the color of the peel, and sometimes the pulp. Zucchini can grow to a significant size, especially when grown in a very sunny location. Some of them can weigh several kilograms and even several tens of centimeters in length.

This is due to the presence of potassium, which can maintain normal blood pressure, and together with magnesium, supports the functioning of the nervous system and muscles (including the heart). People who grow squash in their gardens often harvest when they reach several tens of centimeters in length. Although its nutritional value and taste do not differ, it requires more attention before consumption: it should be completely peeled and pitted.
