Of course, it can also be cooked in the oven - this does not present any particular problems, but it pleases the tastes of households and guests.

What is pudding?

It is difficult to clearly define what a pudding is. In British cuisine, it is defined as a sweet or savory dish. Sometimes it is baked, sometimes it is steamed. On the other hand, Americans define pudding as a dessert with a compact but slightly liquid consistency, a bit like pudding. While it might seem like it can cause a lot of problems, it is easy to prepare and can be handled even by someone with no experience in dessert making.

What do you need to make chocolate pudding?

You will need several ingredients to make chocolate pudding. Basically 100 grams of dark chocolate and the same amount of butter. To do this, you will need three tablespoons of wheat flour (or potato starch), a quarter cup of fine sugar (preferably for baking), and two eggs. It is also good to have rams or muffin cups greased with butter.
First, gently melt the chocolate (preferably pre-cut into smaller pieces) and butter in a water bath. How to do it? It is enough to put glass or metal dishes in a saucepan of boiling water over low heat. When the ingredients are combined, flour, sugar and eggs should be thoroughly mixed with a mixer. When they form a homogeneous mass, slowly add the chocolate and butter, stirring constantly. The mass should be compact, smooth and shiny. If it has reached the desired consistency, simply pour it into tins (oiled) to 3/4 of their height (the pudding will rise) and put in an oven preheated to 200 degrees for 10 minutes. After this time, the top should be browned, but there will be liquid inside.

While the taste of classic chocolate pudding is unmatched, you can try to diversify it. In summer, mint is perfect for it, the leaves themselves or a delicious cream based on it will protect themselves. Fans of a spicier taste can add chili pepper to the mass - this will improve the metabolism in the body. Some also recommend adding chocolate, vanilla, or fruit sauces to the pudding.
