Hair growth can become very easy if you follow a few rules. And if the length of your hair suits you, then using the following techniques will make them thicker and stronger.

Cut hair!

We all know that hair grows from the root, so trimming it will not make them grow faster. However, they will be much healthier and therefore will not break so as not to lose their length. It is best to trim the tips every 6 or 8 weeks. Your hair will look much better without damaged ends.

Warm head massage with oils!

It is best if this treatment is carried out by your friend, because such a massage not only improves the appearance of your hair, but also very relaxes. You can make head massage oil by mixing coconut oil, olive oil and jojoba oil yourself. Heat the mixture so that it is slightly warm, but not hot.

Brushing is another good way to stimulate the scalp. Comb your hair several times a day. Remember to do this carefully and do not comb wet hair. If you want to comb them when they are wet, use a comb for this purpose.

Healthy eating!

Your hair will become healthier if you eat healthy food. Eat high-protein foods like fish, eggs, nuts, and chicken.

Drink plenty!

Drinking plenty of water is just as important as eating healthy. Water is good for your body, so why shouldn’t it be good for your hair? Get rid of all the toxins from your body and your hair will become stronger and therefore less susceptible to brittleness, which in turn means that it will be longer.

How to make hair grow faster?

Use apple cider vinegar!

I have already talked about many useful properties of apple cider vinegar, and also in this case they have their own application. Mix 1 part apple cider vinegar with 2 parts water and pour this mixture on your hair immediately after washing. This will stimulate your hair and, therefore, they will grow much faster.

Do not wash your hair every day!

If your hair, like mine, is quickly greasy, I know that sometimes it’s hard to resist the urge to wash it. However, try to find a good dry shampoo that will allow you to limit the amount of hair washing. It is best to limit yourself to washing three times a week.

Stress level!

I know this is easier said than done, but stress has long been known as the cause of hair loss. Try your favorite relaxation techniques to keep it in check.
Growing requires a little effort and patience, because the hair will not grow overnight. I would like to say that this is possible, but the truth is cruel, and there is no way to speed up this process.
